MEET OUR TEAM
Born and raised in Minnesota. Graduated from the U of M in ‘01 with a degree in landscape architecture. “It’s all I’ve ever done and all I ever want to do. I truly love what I do every day”. Married to my high school sweetheart. 5 super awesome (most of the time) children. We live in Tonka Bay
Growing up in northern/central Minnesota I developed an early appreciation for everything involving the outdoors. Whether it be camping on the superior trail or fishing on the whitefish chain, nothing could stop me from spending my time in what I would call my happy place. When i first started thinking about my career options it only made sense for me to stick with what made me happy and proceed in the landscaping industry. Ten years later I’m still doing what I love most and am determined to create a happy space for our customers to come home to and enjoy as well.
I entered the landscape industry in high-school on a build crew because I love being outdoors. After years of building and planting, I developed a love for the craft of landscape and earned an AAS degree in Landscape Design and Landscape Horticulture from Hennepin Tech; which is where I met my fiance who I will be marrying in June! Getting the opportunity to share the beauty of nature with and create outdoor living spaces for others and seeing them love the end result gives me so much satisfaction.
I have always appreciated nature and being outside. I grew up in Wayzata, MN roaming the streets on bikes, playing sports, and enjoying Lake Minnetonka. From a young age, I would spend my time camping, hiking, fishing, and hunting – all activities I still love to this day.
I was drawn to landscape design so that I could create opportunities for other people to be outside and enjoy nature like I have.
